Whew! At least the house didn't burn down.
We finally got the scary power outage problem fixed (the power company replaced two corroded connectors coming into the house). And as of this evening, we have cable and internet again! Good thing; I’m not really suited for Amish life.
Thank jeebus Sweetie talked me into getting a mobile wireless hotspot when I got my iPad. Otherwise I wouldn’t have power OR INTERNET!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHH!!!!!

Easy Chicken Roma
2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs 2-3 peppers, sliced (I use red, yellow and green) 1-2 cloves minced garlic 2 cans diced tomatoes - basil, garlic & oregano flavor 1 bag spinach (optional)
